Richard and his team did an awesome job. They were here when they said they would be. The quality of the work is exceptional. They were personable and polite. They were respectful of our dogs and made sure they didn’t get out. Richard did some extra leveling and spread gravel for me without charging me Their pricing was very affordable

Well from the beginning I received a call after visiting a website looking for a local pro. On March 9th 2022 they came out to the house to give me an estimate for the project and it was $6800.50. I agreed to hire them for the job and was told they would start it around the last week of April, due to the winter temperatures. So I then scheduled a two-week vacation to be here for the start of the project. The first week came and went with no communication from them so I called them on the second week of vacation and received a response back that the family had covid which put them behind schedule but during this time they never reached out to inform me of anything unless I call first. They then said they would be here by the weeks end to start the demo and that was on the 27th of April, so I waited so long and then called again and was told something came up and it would be Monday the 9th of May and half of the payment was then paid. On May 12th Richard came and cleaned up their equipment and collected the other half of the payment and told my son that the patio had to cure for thirty days and then a seal would be put on. They were called again by my son to set up the day they would be here to seal the patio and that time was the week of June 10th. Well, that time is now passed and not so much as a call. I have cracks throughout this new patio and have now the extra expense of sealing it ourselves when this was all figured in the quoted costs. I thought these guys were going to be decent but had no integrity, just took the money and did not finish the job. Sad fact would have used them for another job next year but not anymore. I just feel people should know who they are hiring. At this point maybe law enforcement should= get involved in the recovery of funds paid.

Had a 6 x 20 feet patio extension done in 2019. By the spring of 2020, an area was chipping. It had a water drip from a patio table down onto the concrete, which then froze. Nothing was put on the ice to melt the ice (such as an ice salt product). Because of the pandemic, we agreed to wait until spring of 2021 to repair. When the time came for Richard to reinspect the problem, he refused to come out (after scheduled a day and time). He said I caused the problem by using ice melt, but, he would just rip out the chipped area over a two (2) week period and leave it at that. He continued to refuse to speak to us face to face and try to resolve the problem. In the end, Richard implied I was lying about the ice melt, That I caused the problem, but, he would fix it anyway. I cannot say, in any amount of words, how angry I was by his implying we were trying to get something for nothing. I will leave it up to those who might read this to make up their own minds.

We hired Richard to remove a glued on outdoor carpeting from our concrete walkway, remove the concrete and install a new stamped concrete walkway. After tearing off the carpeting and starting to cut into the concrete he called to tell us that since there was rebar in the concrete he could not continue to safely remove it without damage to our house. O.K., we agreed that he would instead remove the carpet glue from the concrete and place a new concrete layer over the top, repair several cracks so it would at least not look so bad. A week after not hearing from Richard, I called to ask for an update and he promised to be out the following Saturday to finish. That was 3 weeks ago. I assume that he dropped us since the job was no longer worth his time. At least he gave us our down payment back.

Creative Concrete was considerate and flexible. Even though I changed the design part way through the project they listened to my ideas and we worked together. Every thing was done very efficiently.

The house cleaning turned out beautiful! It was a complete cleaning as the house is being sold. The home had been smoked in and generally neglected for many, many years. A huge project that Nicole and her crew handled perfectly and professionally! We are extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend Nicole. She is easy to communicate with, professional and has high attention to detail. Couldn’t be more pleased!
