"The job went very well. Chuck and Jacob were on time and very professional and also very personable. We needed ceiling lights replaced in the garage and storage boxes moved down from the garage loft to the floor. It was all ladder work. They were very conscientious about doing a good job. I would recommend this handyman to my friends and anyone else."

"Did great work replacing a storm door and an exterior door for us - they look and work great, he even came back out six months later to make adjustments at no cost when one of them shifted a little with the weather."

"Steve and Tent did a wonderful job. The job turned into a bigger project than originally planned and Steve took it all in stride. He resloped the front of the property after installing 9 huge blocks for a retention wall, then reshaped the driveway and parking deck. It's exactly what I wanted! Thanks Steve for having the same sight I did!"

"Richard and his team did an awesome job. They were here when they said they would be. The quality of the work is exceptional. They were personable and polite. They were respectful of our dogs and made sure they didn’t get out. Richard did some extra leveling and spread gravel for me without charging me Their pricing was very affordable"

"Vargas Home Improvement did an outstanding job on our project: resurfacing our wood deck with composite boards, posts, and rails. First and foremost, the owner, Rudy, was always timely in responding and communicating with us. Throughout all phases of the project, Rudy kept us informed and listened and responded to any and all questions or concerns that arose. Everyone that showed up on the work site was friendly, had a great deal of experience, and were hard workers. The price for the project was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received. Therefore, our project finished early, came in within budget, and we were updated and kept informed throughout the whole project. That's a successful project and we would definitely recommend Vargas Home Improvement, and Rudy will be our first call for any other similar projects in the future."

"They do an amazing job with drywall, texture, roofing, siding, and framing, I have had them over for many different projects. And im always very happy with the final results."
