My name is Tim Hoffmann, I have been painting for a little over 17 years and have been in business for myself for the last 7 years. I have a great group of guys that work for me ,I take the time to train and make sure they work very efficient and are up to my standards. I am licensed, bonded and insured. My company offers free estimates and senior discounts. We have very competitive prices and have many great references. We also have been involved with many parade of homes contests, and have worked for many builders in the valley. I love what I do and get the job done for the price you expect and the end result that you've always wanted.

"Very well. Prompt, courteous, well prepared and thorough. Will hire again."

Contact us today for a free estimate !

"The project started well, but on the final day, the contractors unexpectedly claimed they made a mistake and demanded an additional $8000, threatening legal action if not paid. I verified Colorado law, which states they had six months to place a lien on our property, requiring notification within three days of doing so, and by registered mail after the lien was placed. We took no action, avoiding reviews or contact. They have since blocked us from their website and emails. Ultimately, they never placed a lien, and the six-month period has passed. Now that everything is resolved, I want to leave a review. While I am satisfied with the project's outcome, I am unhappy with their conduct, including the legal threats and the last-minute demand for more money. His wife, not him, conducted the final walkthrough and provided the warranty and a statement confirming full payment. He even verbally admitted to putting our project on the "back burner" when I questioned the delay."

Painting questions, answered by experts

Many painters determine prices for home painting jobs using a base rate per square foot. Others use square footage to estimate the amount of paint required and charge a multiple of the material cost, and some may estimate the time required and factor that in. In some cases, painters may simply offer to beat the lowest local quote you've received.

The best paints for shower tiles include epoxy, latex, or acrylic. Ideally, you should look for paints that are waterproof and mildew-resistant if you plan to paint shower or other bathroom tiles. You can even find waterproof paints made specifically for tiled surfaces, which will be the best option for shower tile paint that lasts as long as possible.

It will usually take a professional painter between three and four hours to paint a stairway; if you’re DIY-ing, plan to spend between four and six hours, depending on the difficulty of your project and the size of your hallway or foyer.

You can use latex or acrylic paint outdoors. Although acrylic paint tends to last longer outside, it also costs more, so if you’re painting the outside of your house, for instance, latex paint is often a go-to option. However, acrylic will be your best choice if you want to spend some extra money for added durability.

While paint drying smoothly on a wall is ideal, a can full of dry paint is not. To open a can of dry paint, you’ll need a tool with a sharp edge, such as a utility knife or a box cutter. Take your tool and score the area where the lid meets the can to break through the dried-up paint. Then, use a paint can opener or a flathead screwdriver to pry the lid open and check the state of the contents. For smaller cans with plastic lids, you can run the top under hot water to loosen the lid.
