"I was very pleased with the serviceman who came to my house. They were prompt, friendly and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. He was clean and went the extra steps to investigate my problem and make suggestions for how I could continue to prevent problems (showed me how the mice were entering the house and how to fill the hole).
