"There h was in time and did a great job installing luxury vinyl tiles in two baths and the laundry room. Looks great except there is a gap between the floor and molding. Not sure how to fix that in case we have a water issue all over the floor reaching the edges."

"Jake was extremely professional and thorough with his repair. We called him out originally for a phantom leak. After multiple visits we discovered it wasnâ t anything to do with the shower or other plumbing but directly with a poor installation of tiling in the bathroom. He repaired the areas where he cut out pieces of dry wall to look up in the ceiling for the leak and installed a 12â trap door under breath the shower pan for future access. His dry walling expertise is excellent. We have textured ceilings and he matched the texture to where you cannot even tell there was a repair.
