We were in a rush to complete renovation on our store. Blue Sun Tiling kept us on time and on budget for our Grand Opening. Our biggest compliment has been how gorgeous the tile floor came out. Everything is level and we are easily able to roll racks and gondolas across the floor without bumps and the racks stay in place without wheel wedges. Excellent work! Had Christopher Montague aka Blue Sun Tile Installations, LLC aka Blue Sun Tile Installations aka Blue Sun Tile install a kitchen tile floor. Most of the job was acceptable, but Blue Sun rushed the last two sections using hot mortar I was guaranteed a flat floor. The lippage was excessive, the tile spacing not to manufacturer suggested spacing, and the floor had dips up to 1/2 inches 12 inches. He said he would tear it up and replace the tile. Never showed back up, Immediately filed a notice to lien after yelling and screaming at me for not paying him in full and demanding cash payment to himself and not his LLC.. I will have to replace sections of the floor and possibly the entire 200 square feet.

Chris Montague is the owner and the one performing the work. Heâ s personable, considerate, punctual and highly dependable. Heâ s been working with tile for decades and his work reflects that - we could not be happier with our 300 sf porcelain floor tile he installed. Also, the floor surface was not completely level so he leveled it as he installed. If you read through his reviews, there are countless that sound just like this one. Hire him, youâ ll be happy.

Working with Chris turned out to be a first class experience for us. He was professional, and knowledgeable about the best way to complete our job which was removing tile from around our fireplace and putting up stacked stone. Our early communication was about the best product we should use for what I wanted done. We had a couple of changes with our start date due to when our stone was available and he was always very easy to communicate with concerning the changes that needed to be worked through. Very professional. The results are amazing. A beautiful job well done. He respected our home as he worked, making sure he did not leave any debris from the job. When he was done everything was clean and tidy.

Chris was amazing, both professionally and personally. His work was clean, methodical, and precise. Our project was huge, and it came out better than we could have ever hoped for. The project spanning several large rooms and through the various hallways. All circling around a central staircase. When all was said and done it all aligns and matches perfectly. Anyone should tell you to get more than one opinion for a job, but it'll be hard to pass up on Chris. The highest praise I can give; when we do more tile work in the future, Chris will be the first and only call we make. Final note, for you dog lovers. He was very considerate of our four legged friends. Making the process easy and stress free by making traffic flows even in difficult places like the bottom of stairs.

Chris did a great job on the installation of our basement living room heated tile floor. Very professional, thorough, and courteous! He helped us locate an electrician for the installation of the additional 220v service that was required for the heating system. Blue Sun Tile Installations has my highest recommendation.

Chris called me just a few minutes after completing the request for a quote, was able to meet me at my house to quote the project the very next day, and completed the work the following week. He was very professional, showed up on time, brought all of the materials with him, had grout options for us to pick from (and picked up the grout for us!), and left the job as clean as before he started.
