"I am very pleased with the work performed by Grout Medic. I had a missing tile in my master bathroom floor. A friend was supposed to fix it for us, but after many months and many excuses, the tile had not been replaced. After listing our house, it was imperative the tile be replaced. Grout Medic was quick to respond. The tile was replaced, and in addition, they regrouted the shower pan and around the bathtub, and cleaned the shower tiles. It looks great! I will call them again should I ever need my tiles cleaned or an area regrouted."

But they were so willing to work with me that we ended up being able to re-grout the shower as well and that brought the total up to the desired amount and they even gave me a discount so the final amount was only about $730 or so. They did amazing work and did so quickly. They turned my creaky stares into quite clouds of freshness that I get to walk up and down daily. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to give a tip to the actual flooring guy because the ticket was closed after the tile guy came through. They both deserved it and I will be using Wagner Floors for all of my future repairs and re-carpeting."

"John and Jon are great people. The are good at lot of things and some areas they should leave to others. I have hired them for two projects. I would give them a 5 for dry wall and framing. 4 for tile, 2 for plumbing. They are very clean and considerate. Very respectful to the homeowner especially in situations where the homeowner is still in the house during construction. They clean up at the end of the day. They would do ok with very simple plumbing but not anything more than that. For a bathroom remodel that included a lot of high end plumbing, it was almost a near disaster situation."
