Workers are very polite, hard working, dedicated, and care about the quality of the finished product. Joel, Project Manager, is amazing, does great oversight, including staying on top of the paperwork, working with my insurance company, seeing that all of the work gets done timely and efficiently, and completing things himself if necessary. He is one of the most pleasant people you would ever want to meet. Very professional. They not only replaced my roof, but also painted my house and trim, made repairs to my siding, replaced my gutters and window screens, and stained my whole deck. I am very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone.

Metal Roofing Installation and Replacement
He went in to my barn without me being there to cut off a small piece of my metal wall panel without my permission. He gave me a quote for doing the job. When I asked him to start he said he was too busy to do my job. I asked him to return the piece that he cut off my barn and he said he did not have it anymore. I asked him to repair the damage he did to my barn wall. He dropped off a piece of white sheet metal at the front door. Diane, the office manager, contacted me and said she would do whatever it takes to make this right. She also said she would try to find someone to do this project for me.

"Mark asked us to match the metal, so we cut a very small 2-inch x 2-inch piece to take to the Metal supplier. His first contact with us was on 6/15. 1 month later, he reconducted us for the job and we booked other jobs. Mark talked directly to our Metal supplier and said he just wants a piece to glue it back himself. The same day Angie's list made us aware of his review and wishes, Craig went to the metal supplier, secured a bigger piece than the sample, and dropped it off at his front door. As Office Manager, I have called and left 2 messages to make sure he is satisfied. No return call. We understood he just wanted the piece and would take care of it himself, so that's what we did. We are happy to affix the piece to the barn, he just needs to call us and let us know when would be a good time to come out."

It was such a wonderful experience to work with Jon Willeford of JBC Roofing. Jon surveyed all our sheds, barns, and home roofing. He worked with our insurance company adjuster and made the whole experience non stressful. The roofing crew were experienced hard working folks and did a beautiful job. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. We are extremely happy and satisfied. They have done a 5 Star Job and we recommend them to anyone in need of roofing.

Working with CCP was absolutely awesome. When we met CCP, we had been in a lengthy battle with our insurance company trying to get our roof replaced so we could sell our house. We knew Diane and Craig were different when they showed up exactly on time and they were super prepared with a quote that was specific to our roof. Diane took over the fight with our insurance company and got everything we needed. The day the repair was to be done, their team was right on time and worked so hard. They had the whole roof replaced in one day. It was amazing. I can't recommend CCP enough!
