Colorado Seamless Gutters

My wife and I are pretty hard to please people. So far, of all the people we've hired to do work on our house, Colorado Seamless Gutters has been the best. Damon gave us an estimate quickly, it was a great price, the work was done correctly, and when we needed a couple things re-done after some other work had completed, he again did it quickly and it turned out great.

The installer showed up a few hours after indicated but that is the only complaint. The work was done with good quality and they were able to improvise solutions on the fly. All in all a positive experience.

With one major exception, the work was professional and appears to be of high quality. We did have to walk the representative around the house more than once to discuss where and what size downspouts to install. When all is said and done, they installed one of the downspouts incorrectly. This involved drilling into brand new stucco where is wasn't supposed to be. They offered to correct the situation and have the stucco contractor bill them. I however decided to keep the downspout they installed to avoid the hassle of repairs. There was no offer of an apology from the company nor any compensation for not performing the work as we agreed to.Perhaps the worst part is a lack of communication. Whenever I called the office to get a message to the representative, I was always sent to a voice mail which was never returned. Emails would go for weeks unanswered or unacknowledged. Not very good customer service, especially for a customer that was complaining. I would not recommend this provider to my friends.

All company reps were very knowledgeable & professional from the initial estimate through installation, quality company so I was willing to pay a little more.

They were very responsive. I had two different properties to have the gutters replaced on the front of the house. The color matches were so good I don't have to paint until I need to!!!! The price seemed good to me.The guys that did the work were very nice and worked the whole time.

Initially slow in getting back with us regarding the estimate. After calling back, they responded quickly and got the work done ahead of schedule.

CSG did outstanding work.  The technicians that arrived to do the install noted the color we had chosen really did not go well with our brick color.  Even though they already had the truck loaded with the color we selected they recommended a different color which clearly was much better.  They rescheduled the install for a later date which went perfectly.  The color is excellent, install went great (including checking areas of previous damage) and cleaned up-all on time.   Had they not recommended a different, better color we would have been stuck with something I chose that clearly did not work.
Pick this company.  You won't be sorry.

The material is good quality but we had numerous concerns about installation. A one-man crew installing a 30' long gutter raised concerns about how the run of gutter would drain after being possibly bent out of line on installation. We had several installation teams. The first installer cut into woodwork that didn't need to be removed to place downspouts and that had to be patched later. Another threw cigarette butts onto the neighbor's lawn. One next door neighbor had used this company 5 years before and it was a terrific job so i suspect it just depends on the installation crew you get.
One positive note: this was one of the few companies willing to install larger downspouts. Most tried to talk us out of those but we knew our past problems with a steep roof and we insisted. Glad we did because the recent torrential rains in our area were handled with ease this time--no water backup into house. Once we hammered out the concerns about installation, the system worked well but it's not easy to recommend this company given the installation issues.

Very well! The estimator was on time and helpful. Work was done on time and they cleaned up after themselves. We are happy with the results.

I worked with Mike Bicket on the estimate.  Colorado Seamless worked well with my roofer on the scheduling.  They removed the old gutters on a Friday and installed the new gutters the following Friday after our new roof was installed.  I was very happy with the crew.  Their bid was slightly higher ($80-$100) than the other bids, but I am happy with work, quality and coordination with my roofer.

I thought the salesman was very professional.  He noticed things that other gutter company salespeople did not.  I got about three other estimates, and this was the only company that was able to replace my steel gutters with new steel gutters--everyone else wanted to put in aluminum ones.  They also were able to put in perfect miter corners (I had one company that wanted to put in box miters which I absolutely did not want).  I did have to wait a few weeks to get an estimate and then to get the work done--but I attributed that inconvenience to how in demand they were, and accepted it.  Once they made the appointment for both the initial estimate and day of actual installation, they were very punctual and reliable.  The day the installer came I mentioned that I was having trouble with a clogged downspout, and he very graciously took a look at it and cleared it out, without charging me for that.  We did have to repaint some of the wood underneath the new gutter--which was somewhat unexpected--but it turned out not to be a big deal--and they were willing to give us a price to repaint it if we wanted them to.  My husband wound up doing the touchup himself.  All in all, we thought they did a very good professional job, were reliable, and we are happy with the result.  We would definitely use them again.

Great installer, did clever workarounds, and made it look very nice -- even ran downspout extension.

They were very flexible during the the estimation phase.  I decided to take down the old gutters myself and not to get the pre-painted gutters.  They reduced the bid accordingly.  They showed up when they said they would and did a great job.

The business relationship started out a little rocky. We filled out a form on their website for them to contact us to set up a time to do an estimate but they never called. We had to call back a week later. Then they missed the first appointment to do the estimate stating that their computers went down. They did make it to the second estimate appointment and for the actual work to be done. It was nice that we didn't have to be home for them to do the work.

It was fantastic. They were the best and I would refer them to anybody. It was very reasonably priced. I called multiple people and he was the least expensive. He was very friendly and very neat and it looked fabulous. I would highly recommend him. They gave me a quote and the quote was beyond reasonable. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were on time, they got the job done and they left. They cleaned everything up and there wasn't a spec of leftover. To me that was hugely impressive.

Great service!  I had two sections of gutter that had rusted through and were leaking.  One section was leaking onto a horizontal section of my chimmeny and leaked throughto my inside wood crib.  Not good.  I went online and requested a quote, Colorado seamless asked if they could do a drive by assessment, I agreed (I was not required to be present).  Recieved a quot via email, accepted, was provided a date and time for the service.  Clay was on time and had the two gutters relpaced in less than two hours.  Great job!  Very satisfied!

I was very satisfied. They were very prompt. They got right on it and did a very good job.

It was a good experience.  At my rental unit, they took off the old gutters & completely reworked the way the water drains off the roof.  It was not your "cookie cutter" type of project.  They showed flexibility & intelligence in the design.  It was done quickly & neatly.  At my home, they replaced a leaking gutter and the wood under it that had been destroyed by the leak.  The weather interfered with the dates the work was initially going to be done - they did an okay job of keeping me appraised of the changes - which is why I gave them a B for punctuality.  Also - they were not the cheapest quote I got - but I was looking for more than a low price since the job was complex.

Overall, they were very responsive to my request for a quote.  The project took 2 days to complete.
