I watched them pull our streetlamp wire out of the ground about 3'. The light no longer works. When telling Noel, he insisted they did nothing to the light. I watched them do it! Then they spread the dirt and rock across the front yard, causing even more work for me. Noel stated multiple times they put grass seed in when spreading. Not so!. Also stood at the front window and watched him and one of the crew yelling at each, then get physical into the garage. The asphalt looked terrible when finished and I asked why it wasn't sealed. He then said it wasn't included but would return to seal, which he did. Drive looks decent but not as expected. Wish I could give a better review. With the damage to the streetlamp and yard, it probably should even be 2."

All aspects of the job were completed in a timely manner without any problems, They even made improvements in a couple areas to reduce the chance of blockages occurring in the future. Everything was inspected after the installation to ensure the new gutters would work properly. All areas around the house were cleaned up thoroughly before they left. "They were supposed to take the slate that I already had and flip it over. We argued about that and I just got tired of arguing with her. It's like she does what she wants to do. She did not do the job nicely and no attention to detail. And they took all my molts and they did not bring it back and they brought some garbage instead. I even called her to made if specific. With the concrete, I don't have any complaint for that, they did a great job, but with the slate, they were not painting the slate correctly. That's a wrong color and they were messy and yellow stands out. She brought me yellow instead of brown. It was supposed to be brown not yellow but she bring me yellow. I ended up painting it myself. And I just got tired of arguing with her. She did give me $150 as a refund because I was going to paint it myself. She brought me flowers and the plants were dying. She brought six plants and two of them were dying and I did not made that attention. She brought me two more of the same time which were wrong to begin with. I didn't know how to fix it. So, I used the app and they told me they were sick. I'm still working with them. But the last two were dying too and I was not going to go through it."
