Atlas

We hired Atlas (Michael) to create architectural drawings based on our own Sketchup & Visio drawings for a home we plan to build. Michael took the initiative to conduct his own research into a new building product we had intended to build with and was also very patient with us through several iterations of changes to our initial drawings & vision. Michael produced specifically what was promised and educated us along the way.

Michael was a great find for architectural drawings for our Pop-Top remodel. He was far more affordable than other options, and though he offers a standalone architectural design service (meaning we had to separately obtain structural engineering plans), he was extremely helpful in pointing us in all the right directions. He was responsive and patient at every step of the process, and his designs turned out great!

Mike is great to work with. I talked to 4 other Companies, he grasped the project quickly and did outstanding work. I hope I can work with Atlas agin soon. For what he charged the Quality was outstanding on my project.

Michael Byron, Atlas LLC Design and Development Services, Denver, CO 80210, 303-263-2665, is truly a breath of fresh air when dealing with a contractor/service provider. Although I have not known Michael for a long period of time, from the first conversation I knew that I was dealing with an ethical and caring person. Prior to hiring Michael I had spoken to several Architects, and not only did I find them to be curt, bothered, but they were not forthcoming with their ideas, and once I received their bids for my addition/remodeling project, I realized that they were at the very top tier of any professional with their high costs (go ahead check for yourself---staggering). Anyway, back to Atlas LLC., so Michael was very patient, extremely thorough during the entire process making sure that the design was fully thought out in appearance, function, and costs. Michael was also hired to obtain the necessary structural design and drawings from an Engineer that he works with. This is extremely important at a time when the trades are very busy, he kept things on track and coordinated the process. Michael was very good with the communication, and continued to assist with building officials as needed on the road to completion and permit approval. Okay, Michael sounding pretty good right? Now, about me this was not my first go round, I am a successful real estate agent 25+ years in the Denver metro area. I have had dozens of my own projects, and have participated with clients in hundreds. Michael has made a very stressful process---construction in the middle of a move, much more tolerable, and I will gladly refer him to anyone in need of Design Services for their next project or remodel.
