"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please look at the YELP or BBB complaints, they are much more akin to what I experienced. They are certainly manipulating the Google reviews. I hired Lion to do a simple cleaning/certifying of our HVAC units as part of a sale. I was initially quoted $119, and I verified no less than 3 times with the customer service rep that the price would include cleaning and testing. When our tech showed up, he said we were misquoted and the charge for cleaning and testing would be about $450, as it was part of their "maintenance" package. They very reluctantly cut us a "deal" for just over $300. Not only was zero cleaning done, the tech did not perform a single action that could be classified as "maintenance." What we got was a diagnostic and estimate for repairs and replacement. I called to complain twice before someone finally got back to me. I was told that the tech didn't perform the cleaning because it may have damaged the unit, which was clearly a lie because the tech never told me that and actually gave me a quote to perform the AC coil cleaning, $470 (what a deal!). The rep then told me that a simple cleaning was done, but not the deep clean that I was expecting. I asked that my invoice be revised to reflect that, but was quickly blocked. Yes, they actually blocked my number after repeatedly misrepresenting both the price and work. I was shocked. I filed a complaint with the BBB, of which I discovered there are many. Hopefully they do the right thing and just give me a refund, but I won't hold my breath. Again, they are clearly manipulating their reviews on Google. Customers do your research!"

"Let me just say that the next time I have an electrical related issue that requires some attention it will be Sparky's that I call. Every box that needs checked to leave me satisfied about the service was checked plus those extra boxes that go beyond just satisfaction that give that confidence and peace of mind I need, everyone needs... to feel we've 'made the right decision in who we hire. "We had a home warranty company come and do a diagnosis for no electricity in our basement and they were rude, wouldnâ t hardly speak to me and ended up taking a whole day to tell me they couldnâ t figure it out. We called G2G and within the hr, he had diagnosed the issue, replaced the broken parts and had our electric back and running in the basement. He was respectful and put my furniture back into place after the other electrician company pretty much made a mess of everything. He also installed a ceiling fan and fixed my security door bell that was being temperamental. Wonderful company to hire! Highly recommend 10/10!."

"Working with Rush security has been highly disappointing and mediocre at best. We had multiple missed appointments with their technician until I put my foot down and said I'd cancel service if they did not show up. He started to show up after that, but just for a couple days and in my opinion still did subpar work. At first, the alarm system would not register away, only "stay". Then the doorbell camera was constantly ringing even when no one was there. The motion detector also does not work. Next, we paid $400 for equipment and a $75 monthly monitoring. I wish I would just gone with Ring because they are cheaper but I wanted to support local. When we asked to cancel we were told we'd have to pay a 1400 cancellation fee to recoup the loss of having an electrician come out and for the 'low' $75 monitoring and to buyout the contract. Initially, we were told they offered no contract service, which was the only reason we went with them. I did the math and that 1400 fee would total out to about 1.5 years of subpar service. No thanks. We took the loss but you do not have to, go with someone else or just install your own alarm"
