I highly recommend this company. My foster dog dug up part of the carpet and messed up the padding underneath. The service was great at letting me know the approximate time to expect them and it was pretty accurate. The work done was outstanding. You could not tell that the padding was all messed up. And to cost was far lower than I expected. An outstanding company. I have already recommended to a friend and a co-worker.

We recently had wood floors installed & needed repairs done to the carpet where it meets the wood. We also had an area that was bulging & needed to be restretched. I called Nip & Tuck after reading reviews & they were able to come out the next day. Jerry, owner, was very nice, thorough & did a great job. Our carpet looks great! The price was also very reasonable. We are very happy with the results.

Ross did an Awesome job! Looks as good as when it was first installed! Even patched the tear I did while pulling it up.

When I called to describe the problem, they were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. They listened to the situation and gave an estimate of the cost over the phone. They described what to expect during the visit in detail. On the day of the appointment, he arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He was able to patch the one area of carpet that was in need of repair. In addition, he was able to remove the wrinkle from a different room. It took a little over an hour to complete all of the work and I feel that work was completed in a thorough manner. He did a great job of cleaning up once the work was finished. The repair looks great and this was a great solution for our carpet.

Our master bedroom carpet was badly buckling in three places. Roman arrived when he said he would, was very professional, and did an excellent job re-stretching our carpet. It looks amazing. When we identified which wall he should do it from, I was impressed that he was able to move our heavy bed and other furniture. The whole thing was also faster than I expected. I highly recommend them.
