Denver Carpet and Flooring

This was a difficult review for me to write. We saved our money and replaced the carpeting in our house with flooring. There were good reviews for Denver Carpet and Flooring online. I decided to let this company do my flooring. I stopped by their office to discuss the flooring with their salesperson. I found the selection very limited, and I did not feel like the salesperson was very helpful. I got the strong impression that the salesperson just wanted to sell flooring and would tell me what I wanted to hear. This should have been my first red flag. I picked out flooring and had Denver Carpet and Flooring complete the installation. It was a nightmare. I came home to gaps all over my house. It was a fight to get the project manager to fix the gaps and it cost me an additional $700. The project manager and installation team tried to blame my spouse for the gaps but who would leave gaps in their flooring? What kind of logic is that and who would ask for that? You could tell that the installation team was just slapping down boards as fast as they could, without care. The project manager and installation team finished the flooring but even now, there are gaps on the staircase and major caulking on the floors. I have a new carpenter and paint crew cleaning up the mess left behind. I would not recommend Denver Carpet and Flooring.

This was a painless way to purchase carpet. Very professional from purchase to installation! The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation was efficient and clean. The follow-up was great.

Great workmanship and I’d use them again, but I did have to initiate phone calls twice to get work scheduled.

All the reviews for carpet install companies spoke about installation problems. I guess it's pretty common and I was no exception. There was a big problem with the installers which caused a lot of stress, but overall, Denver Carpet & Flooring was better than several other carpet companies I had received proposals from.

The entire experience with Denver Carpet & Flooring was great. I was very anxious about such a big job and investment, 1,420 sq ft of laminate in the whole house, stairs included. Kevin and his install crew did an amazing job with incredible attention to detail and professionalism. Thank you so much, I would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service. Charlie worked with me extensively to find just the right color and type of carpet. He returned all of my emails and phone calls promptly and answered my questions without any pressure. The installers did a great job as well. My carpet looks beautiful. I would recommend this company.

The service was outstanding. Kevin and his crew were incredibly focused to full job as well and the little details. I had a few issues where the floor would not co-operate. They came in and took care of all issues, completed the work and had a beautiful finished product in a day and a half.

Kevin's attention to detail is superior. He installed laminate wood on my stairs and entire second floor. The stairs were done so well I didn't even have to touch up any paint. Awesome job. Hire these people, they know what they are doing!

John was so helpful. It was quick and easy to buy my carpet, i got such wonderful carpet that all my friends love to lay on or walk across with bare feet! And I got it for the cheapest price i found after calling 6 places. Thanks guys.

Asked for additional work to be done, just put two pieces from the hall to the bathroom. Never showed up, they got paid so they wrote me off.
