For the most part everything went pretty well. They were unpacking a u-haul in Colorado that had been professionally packed in California. The items were mostly high end furniture. Nothing scractched or broken.

In other words, our prices are simply based on the amount of volume your items take up in our truck so if you need something out of the attic, we will remove it and dispose of it for no extra charge. Junk King operates six days a week, Mon through Sat, from 8 AM to sundown and we are locally owned & operated so service is our priority. We recycle up to 60% or more of our truck loads and we work very hard to bring you the best prices and most value for the area. Junk King is fully licensed and insured, we are uniformed and professional. The only thing we do not haul is hazardous waste. We will haul tires, however, there is a service fee for them since Colorado now considers tires hazardous waste. We offer senior and military discounts.

We couldn't get a crew on site in a two hour window - with a verification call the morning of the appointment, after scheduling a week in advance - without someone making excuses and rescheduling us to the next day an hour AFTER our pick up was supposed to have happened. We ended up having to drag the furniture under some cover in the rain after nobody called or showed up during the sunlit hours we had scheduled for. We had to look elsewhere for junk removal due to the lack of communication, lack of dependability to even call us back, the blatantly ignored calls, and the completely disorganized system. It was a poor experience all around. All we've gotten is excuses and every callback we've been told to expect the last two days hasn't come.
