Advantage Designs Incorporated thanks you for the opportunity to bid your projects. As an American owned Colorado Company since 1997, Advantage Designs specializes in Hard coat Stucco Applications as well as Dens Glass Gold and Smart Side Substrate with Stucco Coatings. Advantage Designs uses a wide variety of cultured, synthetic or genuine stone for interior and exterior applications. We service the entire Front Range including all mountain towns and the Denver metropolitan area. Advantage Designs services commercial, residential and historical projects with a wide variety of finishes. As a native of Colorado and graduating from George Washington High School in 1980, Owner Nelson Cuellar attended the University of Southern Colorado and has been in the construction industry since 1982 with major projects in Washington DC, Texas, Arizona and New Mexico. As an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau and the Done Right Directories, Advantage Designs is licensed and insured. Our scope of work ranges from stucco repair of $1,000.00 to complete building renovations of $500,000.00 A list of references are available upon request. Advantage Designs accepts traditional forms of payment including all major credit cards via Master Card, Visa, Discovery and American Express. The most difficult decision we had once we decided to use stucco was choosing the color. Nelson's designer, Marti, was VERY helpful. She spent several hours with us looking at color samples and driving around neighborhoods to confirm our color choice and texture. It was nice to have a professional eye help with this decision. We relied on her experience greatly.
We used Nelson's painter to paint our facia and soffits. Jack Plumpton, owner of Creative Walls, did an excellent job coordinating with Nelson and completing the job on time and in budget. I even asked Jack to do some extra painting and his bid was fair and the work was very good.
Nelson's crew who set the scaffolding, applied the paper, wire, base coat, final coat and cleaned up were the best. It was the same group of guys doing all these tasks. It was apparent that they took pride in their work and often asked if I was satisfied with the work as they progressed. Martine, Martele and Jerry were real pros. They were very polite and obviously knew what they were doing.
We are thrilled with the final product and would definitely use the services of Advantage Designs again.
