The crew was extremely gracious, worked well as a team, and took extra care to not damage our backyard. And when the job was done, they took more time to restore our landscaping so that you can't even tell a backhoe was in our backyard! My wife and I highly recommend this company!"

"Eric came to us highly recommended. We discussed the project and he was able to get us on the schedule fairly quick. As the project progressed, he had an idea for drainage issues we had. We agreed to have him move forward with it. The drainage issue is resolved along with the original work of removing several tons of rock and regrading for water drainage and natural plant growth on our land. "I had two very large (over 40’ tall) dead cottonwood trees that I needed to have removed from my back yard before being able to put my house up for sale. I got several bids and decided to go with Tree Toppin. These trees had a ton of branches and there were many that were hanging over the house, the fence going to my neighbors yard, and over our covered deck. We live on the corner of a cul-du-sac, but we have a smaller yard, so these trees could not simply be cut down quickly. The two-man crew meticulously took down each branch, one-by-one, in order to control the decent and not cause damage to my neighbor’s or my property. This was nice because I never heard any crashing of branches hitting the ground, which would also have disturbed my neighbors and my dogs. The trunks of the trees were also another challenge since they were very thick and heavy, but the crew cut them down close to the ground as I did not request stump grinding for this project. The project took two days in total and everything was removed with very little wood shavings left. The crew was on time each morning and they worked very hard to ensure that the job was done right and that there was no property damage at all. "No stars. CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE. We couldn't even get a quote done with this "team". This has been the worst and most unorganized experience I have ever had with another company. We couldn't get a crew on site in a two hour window - with a verification call the morning of the appointment, after scheduling a week in advance - without someone making excuses and rescheduling us to the next day an hour AFTER our pick up was supposed to have happened. We ended up having to drag the furniture under some cover in the rain after nobody called or showed up during the sunlit hours we had scheduled for. We had to look elsewhere for junk removal due to the lack of communication, lack of dependability to even call us back, the blatantly ignored calls, and the completely disorganized system. It was a poor experience all around. All we've gotten is excuses and every callback we've been told to expect the last two days hasn't come. Thank you for the time your company has wasted during our already busy and stressful weekend."
