"The quoting and installation process was smooth. There was no pressure to hire them immediately, and they did a good install."

"One Hour has been my HVAC supplier for more than a decade, and I have never had a reason to consider any other firm. This week Justin L. and Steve came to install improvements. They were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain to me just what they were doing, and to answer my questions. On a scale of one to ten they were both elevens. I'd give them six stars if I could. You can trust One Hour to do it right."

"They were very professional and prompt when installing new furnace in the middle of winter. Dean listens to the customer and discusses all options. We called a year later to install AC on furnace and he remembered us and our furnace . Dean is very personable and professional."

"I needed a new furnace so I got 3 bids for replacement. Halo was less expensive than the other 2 by quite a bit. I talked with the owner who was also doing the install. Heâ s a startup company and fully insured, fully certified, and fully licensed. I crossed my fingers and went with them as I prefer local contractors over big box companies. The install was timely and flawless and done on a Saturday! It looks like something youâ d see on a brochure. Zip tied wires, straight piping, and passed inspection by the city in one shot unlike my last furnace. Itâ s a 96% Lennox system with a whole house humidifier. System was installed in one day and ran until midnight the first night and died. I called the emergency number and the owner came out in like 40 minutes and changed a â pressure switchâ (factory issue, full warranty) in 15 minutes and itâ s been running perfectly since. Itâ s quiet, efficient, and I wonâ t be using anyone else in the future for any of my furnace needs. They will get my business again this summer when I get a new air conditioner."

"Excellent quality of workmanship. Very professional and knowledgeable. Installed humidifier in our new home. Pricing was very competitive."

"Mark is a problem solver. He was able to look at multiple different projects, find the appropriate parts, and make the repairs. When his original diagnosis did not provide a complete fix, he went right to work looking into next steps. He is honest and has a decent sense of humor as well. Will hire again."

"John did a really good job. We discussed the yard project I will start next spring, too."

"He was very responsive, I call, and he comes right away. His customer service is wonderful. I am extremely happy with his work Ethic, and promptness."

"I highly recommend Almega. They were able to come out and check our heater on a Sunday. A motor had completely seized. They were able to order and install the new motor the next day at 8am! Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. I will be recommending them to all of my clients as well."
