"We've had our double swing Driveway gates installed for two years now. I'm a 'do-it-your-selfer' and installed it myself. We opted for the solar-powered package in order to save money on electricity. When talking with the Sales Dept, at NO point did they mention that the solar panels might not give enough voltage to power the gates during the winter or on cloudy, overcast days. We've had only problems on these days: Gates open/close extremely slow or not at all. This requires us to go through the steps to put the gates into manual mode to open/close, which needless to say, is very inconvenient when it's raining! I've contacted the Tech dept many times via email or phone, for information and to troubleshoot. Dave and his predecessor are/were both helpful and patient. Customer service has been slow, or they haven't returned my calls. Emails go unanswered or a reply comes far later than it should and after the issue is a moot point. When bringing up our issues with our expensive gates to both Sales, Customer Service, Tech, and the Owner, they'll suggest upgraded equipment or parts, but they have to be purchased. At no point have they ever offered any parts or upgrades for free because we've had such an overwhelming time getting these gates to function the way their website and videos claim they will. We now have paid for an electric hook-up, and once the transformer arrives(which is late!), we only hope these gates will work the way the company claims they will."

"The job went perfectly. Mike is an incredibly creative fence specialist. I would say builder, installer, etc don't do justice to what Mike can do.
If you have any challenging areas to fence and blend to existing- Mike can do that so it looks awesome and is cost effective.
Needless to say, we are still thrilled with Mike's prior installation of 3 gates and over 240 feet  of 6 foot cedar privacy fencing 2 plus years ago. The gates are solid- close perfectly. The fence is as straight as a string, same as they day it was installed.
If you care to, stop and see his work. Neighbors in Golden Meadows saw our fence and immediately signed Mike up for their job, all of them are as pleased as us.
We plan to hire Mike again to stain our fence when the time is right.
