I called this company at 730 am and they came out at 11am and were done before noon. They were punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. They did a wonderful job and I would use them again.

Justin cleaned my carpet which was okay, it was they did afterwards. They dumped all of the carpet solution and debris in the front of my driveway, which happened to include multiple tacks. Yes tacks that can puncture tires or hurt neighborhood kids. I've had my carpet cleaned for years, I've never had anyone dump their carpet solution and debris in front of my driveway ,and allow it to run into the city drain.

Oxymagic was quick to respond. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. They did a very good job. Spots were pretreated and came out nicely. Service providers were very professional and did a great job.

Oxymagic was easy to schedule; and the service techs who showed up were punctual and professional. They completed the job in 90 minutes (the spaces were unfurnished). The carpet was barely wet after cleaning and it dried quickly with no odor. And, a funky odor that pervaded the newly-purchased home home was removed. Hurray. Bottom line: Oxymagic of Northern Colorado is an A rating.

Outstanding work from a friendly, dedicated guy, the owner, Justin Eland. The previous owners of my house saw fit to put in off-white carpets upstairs, so with three cats and a dog, we have a challenge keeping them clean and sanitary. The two throw rugs in our sun room were large and on our hardwood floors. Downstairs thankfully there is berber carpeting in multi tones of grey-tans. The big surprise for him was asking him to attempt to clean our cat tree. Vacuuming only does so much. He did a fantastic job and treated my home as if I were his valued auntie. He works very hard, is very strong, is determined to do a job we can both be proud of. The carpets downstairs and up the stairs came out perfectly, smelled fresh and dried in less than an hour. The cat tree with three levels has never been that clean and he got every curve in the thing. Upstairs the throw carpets did not need to be moved off the hardwood floors since their technology does not soak the fibers of the carpets. The nearly white carpets are old, but he got up all the pet issues and definitely brightened up the tone of the carpet considerably. As the years go by the upstairs carpets have gone from off-white to very light tan, but his work is consistent meaning the color was the same all over when he was done, and we are proud of the results. The upstairs carpeting dried in less than two hours and was never soaking wet. There is no overwhelming odor with their system either, which, as someone with allergies and asthma I appreciated. At no time did I have any breathing problems. His work and his attitude were so good I'll have his company back many more times as the years go by.

Two people came out and did the work. They did it inside the house. They were good. It was a husband and wife and I think they own the company.  It took them about an hour or less to complete the job. It was just a regular-sized sofa. They left the area good after cleaning up the sofa. The service was great. I would use them again.

Very pleasant experience overall. Prompt and courteous with good attention to detail. Helped to move one piece of furniture and completed the service in about an hour. Faster drying time than conventional steam cleaning and carpet appears to be cleaner than previous times when we used a conventional steam cleaning process. Cost is competitive and provider advertises regularly with coupons offered. We have used this provider in the past and will continue to do so. Highly recommend this provider.

We bought an 8 year old home, and the previous owners had dogs that left stains on the carpet.
Jan and Dave called to tell me they were on their way, and arrived promptly at our appointment time. I showed them the pet stains, but wasn't sure they could get them out. They cleaned the entire home, including very dirty stairs and were in and out in under two hours. 
They are very pleasant to work with, and the carpets look and smell fantastic! Pet stairs are outta here! 
I will definitely call them on a regular basis.

out. My carpet looks great. I also liked that my doors didn't have to
be opened because it was a winter wonderland outside even in the Spring.

It was great; they responded to my inquires, had fair prices compared to the others I had checked, were prompt and worked efficiently. They were personable and their cleaning process don't waste a lot of water
