Alex did an amazing job replacing a section of my driveway. In todayâ s environment for home repairs it is refreshing to deal with a company like Valencia and Alex. He stayed in contact with me and was patient to do the job when it was convenient for me. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did exactly what he promised to do. He is a craftsman and the job turned out excellent.

Alex came out and did a great job assessing the work that needed to be done and understood how to fix some of the issues we had from the previous pad installation. Alex gave a higher bid but he explained he would use rebar so I compared with another lower bid and there was not a plan to use rebar. Alex did a great job and I would recommend him.

Alex was a little bit higher than another bid, but I had such a good feeling about him and of his knowledge of the process when he did the bid that I decided to take a chance on him. I am extremely glad that I did because Alex took the extra steps all during the process. He paid attention to every detail through out the project. Worked quickly and was well priced compared to others. Overall, we are satisfied with the outcome. However, he and his team did a fairly messy/sloppy job, so I had a good amount of clean-up to do after they left. I am still trying to chisel off the edges to make it straight and flat.
