If I could give a zero ?, I would. Sent damaged gates, while awaiting replacements they went out of business. No notice, no returned calls. $3500 down the drain

Paid money no product no explanation, nowork. Stay away from this company.

Never delivered. Appears to not follow ethical business practices. Have since gone elsewhere for fabricated gates.

No product. Terrible service. Stay away.

We've had our double swing Driveway gates installed for two years now. I'm a 'do-it-your-selfer' and installed it myself. We opted for the solar-powered package in order to save money on electricity. When talking with the Sales Dept, at NO point did they mention that the solar panels might not give enough voltage to power the gates during the winter or on cloudy, overcast days. We've had only problems on these days: Gates open/close extremely slow or not at all. This requires us to go through the steps to put the gates into manual mode to open/close, which needless to say, is very inconvenient when it's raining! I've contacted the Tech dept many times via email or phone, for information and to troubleshoot. Dave and his predecessor are/were both helpful and patient. Customer service has been slow, or they haven't returned my calls. Emails go unanswered or a reply comes far later than it should and after the issue is a moot point. When bringing up our issues with our expensive gates to both Sales, Customer Service, Tech, and the Owner, they'll suggest upgraded equipment or parts, but they have to be purchased. At no point have they ever offered any parts or upgrades for free because we've had such an overwhelming time getting these gates to function the way their website and videos claim they will. We now have paid for an electric hook-up, and once the transformer arrives(which is late!), we only hope these gates will work the way the company claims they will.

Gate was shipped as promised, quality appears to be satisfactory.

We have not been able to complete the installation of our gate as we have had many items we purchased missing.  I have tried to contact everyone at the company even spoke to the owners wife.  After many attempts and 2 months we still don't have all our parts.  Lindsey in customer service has not retuned several calls.

We have no idea if the gate will even work, heaven help us if it has a problem as customer service is terrible.

If you are looking for a drive way gate I suggest you look for another provider!

I purchased a gate from Amazing Gates and had it delivered to my house. My husband and I installed the gate ourselves and are very pleased with the results. The gate is of top quality! Then we tackled the gate operator and were a bit daunted but the instruction videos and help provided by the folks at Amazing Gates made it a very straight forward job. Amazing Gates is a very well kept secret and I hope that changes!!

Excellent phone service to help me choose a gate and all the parts and equipment I needed and when they arrived, the quality was better than I expected. Just beautiful. Took us about 2 hours to install it and we couldn't be more happy with them. Also, very impressed with the reliability of the solar/battery powered gate opener we got from them. Overall a very good experience.
