They were kind and caring when the initial house springtime visit/consult was scheduled in the middle of some family issues and rescheduled (and sent a caring card to me). They worked with me later in the fall to get a great discount, even though I was removing a pergola in the back which wouldn't be completed by paint day. I also decided some woodwork needed to be replaced so they came back, replaced the wood beautifully (and recommended a better use of the new board to replace some front pieces as well), painted both the new woodwork and the boards where the pergola was removed. I had 5 bids and JP was competitive, but the primary selling point for me was professionalism , communication, and she was not pushy. She educated me on the process and set realistic expectations. Where others contractors were using lower quality materials and cutting corners to reduce estimates. she explained in great detail why the additional repairs were needed and the warranty benefits of the higher quality paint. The project went smoothly. Cost for the project was accurate. The quality of Gios work is simply beautiful. On the final walk through, Candace was sensitive to the smallest details that I did not even notice. The finished project exceeded my expectations.
