Great job overall

Amazing! We cannot recommend Florencio and his team enough! He helped us during such a stressful time. Our basement flooded and it was almost a complete remodel. He took care of new drywall, concrete floors, LVP, baseboards, a completely new tile & glass shower, installation of a new bathroom vanity & toilet, new light fixtures, and paint. He was extremely responsive, understanding, worked with us on any issues that popped up (which is bound to happen when working on a home) and worked with us on our timeline as we were also dealing with insurance. Our space looks so beautiful and we will absolutely be using him again for any future projects. Thank you so much Rodriguez Remodeling & Repair!

Work went very well and was done very quickly

Florencio and his team were absolutely amazing and I cannot begin to thank them enough! After a horrible experience with the flippers who sold me the home and did not disclose stop work orders from county, I was stuck having to redo my basement. Florencio to the rescue!! He essentially came in and helped make a bad experience better. His team worked hard, had attention to detail, showed up everyday on time, listened to my ideas, and managed project on schedule. I absolutely love my basement and cannot wait to do more projects with Florencio and his team! A big thank you Florencio!!

This has been our worst experience ever working with a contractor. From the beginning we had to chase Florencio to get information. Communication was terrible, failed to meet any committed time lines, he still has not passed inspection for permits, he has our money and is not paying the contractors he actually hired to do the job. They actually showed me stopped payments on checks that he issued. It seems that he was in over his head from the beginning. We don't like to write negative reviews but he has disappeared without completing our job, he's taken all the materials we paid for, and because he has not paid the other contractors, they are threatening to put liens on our home. It's been a complete nightmare. For future, I would ask to interview the contractors he brings to do your job. Most of the people he brought to our home have never worked with him before.
