"Wood flooring in hallway.  Carpet in 4 other rooms.  Carpet installation was good.  Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up.  There were air gaps when walking on certain planks.  The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky?  Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns.  Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.

My project with them consisted mainly of a wall removal to enlarge my family room, but also included flooring, painting, installing ceiling fans/lights, etc. The project was completed faster than anticipated and I was quite impressed with the efficiency of Eric's team. "It was fantastic.  We worked with John, the owner, who was great in helping us select 2 different carpets for our home.  We were able to get an incredible remnant piece for our family room, and John let us take home the sample board to get the right color for our staircase.  We wound up buying a great new carpet, in a different color for the staircase.

Our stairs were not correctly set up for carpet, and they had a carpenter come in and finish out the underlying stairs first.  They are great -- no creaks or groans where we used to have some!  Very solid and very quiet.  Then Alden's correctly cut the carpet to size, had the ends finished (beaded?) like an area rug, and put the carpet on the stairs with padding.  It is fantastic."

Zohar is very experienced, skilled, great communicator and very detailed man. He always kept great communication channel with us during the remodeling process.
