"Wood flooring in hallway.  Carpet in 4 other rooms.  Carpet installation was good.  Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up.  There were air gaps when walking on certain planks.  The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky?  Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns.  Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.

"The flooring and carpet guys were really good and they were right on time, but the tile guy was somewhat unreliable as he was a couple of days late getting out here.  I don’t think I’ll be using the tile guy again in the future.  As far as their responsiveness, in the beginning they were great but at the end they wouldn’t return our calls."

"We just completed our remodeling project with Best Builders Group and it was a great experience overall. We added a master suite (appx 350 sq. ft.) to our house. We got several estimates from several construction companies and we decided to hire Best Builders Group for that because of their big experience in design, great price and great approach. The addition project was not simple at all but Zohar handled each stage of the work very productive and he always kept us up to date about the entire progress. His design was a huge advantage and it was the main thing that we couldn’t fins in the other ones. Our bathroom addition is definitely stunning and it’s our favorite part at the house now. Zohar also recommended to have a tile wall and floor tile that made the bathroom a beautiful one! More than that, he was very hard working worked extra hours because of our long schedules. "I had Elizabeth come out and give us an estimate for our installing hardwood floors in our kitchen and asked her to provide an estimate for refinishing the existing floors.

It took a while for Elizabeth to get me the estimates, she was very busy and was having problems with email. But when I got it it was very good and detailed and I thought it was a fair price.

I had to wait for a while to get the floors installed (the floors had not arrived and some plumbing still needed to be completed in the kitchen. I waited for the floors to acclimate in the home before I called Elizabeth again. I was concerned because of the response time, but I decided to go ahead, her price was good and she was good when she did respond.

When I finally arranged a time to install the floors, Elizabeth and here crew did a good job, they were out here for two days and they finished installing the hardwood floors. Because we were thinking of refinishing the floors, Elizabeth suggested that we wait to install our transition flooring. That was not a good suggestion, because I realized that I would not be able to refinish the floors until later in the year.

Once I made this realization, I called Elizabeth and asked if she could come back to install the transition pieces (there are about 3). I have tried now three times to get her to come back and she has not come back. Two times she was scheduled to come and she did not show up and the third time, I rescheduled and she mentioned she could come another day, but she never came and never returned my phone call when I asked what happened.

I would have rated their work an A or B, there are some parts of the floor that started to bubble (but I'm not sure where that is from), but the most disappointing part has been not to be able to get the work finished. The transition pieces are siting in my garage, not installed. I would have used her for the refinishing AND for some additional repairs, BUT not returning my calls and not finishing this small part of the work has made me not want to use them for additional work, this is unfortunate, because I think I selected them based on some decent reviews here, but I'm just not happy with incomplete flooring."
