God is Awesome!!! Mr.Moreno called and we realized that he had done our hardwood floors over 30 years ago ! Last week he promised and gave me an estimate , gave me a start date along with a finished date ! Today I look at the beautiful work his team has done forever grateful.

Frank was very easy to work with, and went beyond for me. I had originally only wanted the floor repaired where a wall was removed. As I talked with him, he taught me that, contrary to what I had been told, the wax could be removed by sanding and polyurethane applied. I was so glad to hear this, so the project expanded to refinishing the floor throughout. I had ugly metal register covers, but with my newly finished floors, I wanted wood, flush-mounted covers. Prefab products are not made in the size I need, so Frank and I brainstormed - I clarified my expectation and with his expertise, he explained the issues. I convinced him that there had to be something that could be done. He went away thinking about the project and came up with a solution, Now, my floor looks very high-end. The new oak flooring, where the wall was removed, blends in perfectly. When I asked about floor care, he brought me a starter kit of the product he recommends. My new floor is so beautiful and now it's even easy to take care of.

Frank was very involved with every step of the project and came frequently to check on the progress and make recommendations. Eugene was reliable, friendly and hard-working. We love our new and restored hardwood floors!

Frank was ontime, professional and gave us a really good price for floor refinishing. The floors looked good until the finish. After one coat of the urethane, they were finished but wood was raw, uneven finish, didn't match other floor. They immediately responded to my concern and put another coat but it still needed another coat and Frank didn't agree. I decided to wait and see if it would be ok. The floors look ok but don't feel the same as our other floors, can see the uneven spots. We got an adequate job for the money we paid, but still think it would have been better with a third coat.
