Jeff who I think is owner was probably the most professional and experienced plumber I’ve ever done business with in my 40 years of hiring plumbers. He was honest and was reasonable with his estimate from the start. Did what he said he was going to do and didn’t try and sell me the kitchen sink. I’ve used him 3 times since and will.continue to use him. Plumbing in general isn’t cheap but when you have one you can trust … it’s all the difference when you get the bill. I highly recommend JG Plumbing.

The quality of work was very good, on time, and they did a good job.

He showed up and told me everything about it. The work was very professional, he was very polite and really knowledgeable, that is one thing I like about him and he cleaned up his mess.

We were very pleased with Jeff. He replied quickly by email on a Sunday, just a few hours after we posted it on Angie's list and gave us an estimated cost and time he was available. He called and came even earlier and fixed the clog and noticed that our dryer was spreading lint outside of the vent and repaired that as well. He was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. What we really liked is that he explained everything and gave us hints to avoid problems in the future. We would definitely use him again.

I noticed the kitchen floor tiles getting very hot to the touch. This had to happen on Memorial Day Weekend. I called Jeff on Sunday Night and he walked me through shutting off the hot water to the house. He was onsite Memorial Monday morning!! He had the leak detected within minutes and was able to cut and cap the broken hot water line feeding the kitchen. We were able to have hot water to the rest of the house for our holiday! Jeff was back on site the next day to reroute a new hot water line through the attic - wall - under kitchen cabinets the next day. The entire job including the cutting of drywall, repiping, new drywall, texture match of drywall was all performed in 1 day. Jeff was very professional, clean (covered the kitchen with plastic), fast, and put me at ease during a very stressful situation. I highly recommend Jeff for any size project!! He was in and out fast without any mess!! Great guy!

We were readying our house for sale last November prior to our move from La Verne to Ohio. Wouldn't you know, our sink backed up. We attempted to clear it ourselves with plunger, then drain cleaner, then when those didn't work we purchased a hi-quality snake from a hardware store. Still no luck. The clog was too far down the line. Our luck changed when we were referred to Jeff Gavin, (J G Plumbing & Sewer Inc.) who arrived quickly with the right equipment, got the job done and saved the day. Cost way less than we thought it would. Jeff is an honest, professional plumber with integrity. And he's a nice personable fellow as well. We're all moved in now to our new house in Ohio and we sure could use Jeff out here. Sorry we took so long to write a review. Jeff's the best!

I found them on Yelp, they were local with good reviews so I gave it a shot. Jeff the plumber and I believe he's also the owner was professional, articulate and experienced. My garbage disposal wasn't working at all and the kitchen faucet was very old. He actually went with me to Home Depot and helped me pick out exactly what I needed and saved me a little money when the Home Depot employee tried to sell me a much too powerful garbage disposal. Back home he completely redid all the piping under the sink and the faucet/garbage disposal were installed beautifully. Sink never worked better in the 25 years I've lived here. Customer service was great, price for all that work was very reasonable and will definitely use JG Plumbing again.

Great, the guy was real good. And if I ever had another plumbing issue I would us them again and recommend them other. The price was fair.

Jeff is very friendly, professional and makes sure the job is done right. He takes pride in his work. I hired him to fix the regulator for my house because it was leaking and he did a great job. He installed my garbage disposal in a reasonable amount of time. I will hire him for any future plumbing issues and I highly recommend him.
