"It was better than my highest expectations! Jose & his workman were on time and never stopped working. His estimates on time and material were exactly how it came out. I needed a ditch filled with dirt along a new back fence. Not only did he have the dirt delivered and filled the ditch, but he transplanted some large container plants and power washed the whole walkway & patio they had transversed with the dirt. "We are preparing for more rain than usual and purchased a coupon for Thomas Parks Contracting to clean and repair our gutters.  Upon inspecting the roof while he was doing the gutter work, Thomas told us it was in fairly good shape and just needs some maintenance.  He also recommended a sealer.  We contracted for the work and he came within a few days with a crew to perform the work. All the work was done with professionalism and an attention to detail.  They even repaired two of our gates into the back yard - above the call of duty.  I recommend them with no reservations."

"Miguel knew exactly what the problem was for our outdoor electrical outlets and replaced GFI units for outdoor and indoor patio outlets. That was a major repair and he was courteous even though he came to paint he fixed the electrical issues first. He then completed the painting of a free standing patio cover. It involved prepping with bonding and sanding. He painted several coats and accessed the back of the patio fencing and painted that area which is not easy to get to. Miguel painted in a timely manner cleaned up the work area and left no debris behind. We were left with a beautifully painted patio and electrical outlets we can actually use! I highly recommend Cancun Construction if you have a project that needs to be completed. You will be glad you did."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.

"Brian initially came to us to remove a secured wood home entertainment unit.  We needed the area stripped to make room for 
a very large flat screen TV.  After completing that task and hauling the unit away, Brian came back, painted the wall, and did wiring necessary for the TV installation (even crawling under our house-ugh!).  By then it was time for LA's once-a-decade rainstorm, so Brian fixed some leaks in the roof.  Then he started painting the trim on the house.  Most recently, he refinished & repainted the floor molding in that original TV room and re-installed it.  He is totally professional, dependable, and charges a reasonable rate.  He is our new "Go-To" guy!
