"He was supposed to come out between 12-1pm. He showed up at 2:30. He was here about 30 minutes and I asked for 3 different bids because he had spoken of different options. I requested a hard copy of the estimates. When he left he left all of his information and papers in my driveway. I called him and left him a message that he had left his portfolio.
