"When I called Vince, he was on his way to another job. He took my number and told me he would call the following day and gave me an approx time. When I spoke to Vince the following day as scheduled, he informed me that he would be tied up on the other job, but would send someone out to take a look at it. The person who came out took a look at my roof and called Vince on the spot to tell Vince where the leak was. Vince gave me a price over the phone with a guarantee. I knew I was close to having to replace my roof. Vince told me my options, but NEVER once tried to push me to try and replace it. I opted to just repair the leak.
