These men liked working together and worked well together. The work took three days. When there was a pipe showing on the exterior, we asked them to adjust it, which they did, no problem. Carlos also installed a shut-off valve for the guesthouse's gas and an extra water tap for the garden next to the guesthouse wall. "The repairman listened to the dishwasher for a couple of minutes, and said it needed a motor.  He gave me an estimate of $539.95, including $350 for the motor and $200 for labor.  Seemed like a lot for an old dishwasher. Since my wife and I had installed the dishwasher, I looked on-line and saw that the motor and housing were only $140.  Watched a video, got the part, installed it in a couple of hours, and it is running well.  We saved about $400 from e Appliance's quote.
Price quoted for parts and work seemed very high.
