"Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Best Builders Group who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did. Our remodeling project was a large scale remodeling project to our opinion BUT to Best Builders Group it was a normal size project and they provided all the required attention to detail and great working capabilities. We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Zohar took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Zohar was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them."

"We hired Sam and his professional team to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, remove some lighting and to install recessed lights in the kitchen. We are very pleased with the work they did! All the bathrooms are gorgeous and the recessed lights are perfect. Sam and the crew worked at the house every day until the remodeling was completed. They worked very professionally and efficient. "We were very happy with Yurik and his install team. Prior to install he came out to do a comprehensive onsite estimate, free of charge. He went into the attic space, checked the existing furnace, recommended a compatible AC unit, and gave us recommendations on running duct work to the additional rooms. He was very up front with us that the existing furnace and the compatible AC unit were right on the edge of being able to handle the volume of space we were asking, but we were comfortable with that. He estimated that the entire contraction would take approximately 7 days.
Once we decided to move forward, Yurik?s team was on site on time and ready to work every day. Each day they draped the floors to keep the mess down, and were very good about picking up after themselves. 
Hi team was very efficient, and was able to get the job done in half the estimated time. All the new ducts are sealed nicely, and each register is clean. 
Yurik?s team also installed dampers in each of the ducts, to help regulate the air flow to the new portion of the house and the original and they took the time to properly calibrate the dampers so that each room is nicely balanced. The whole house now benefits from central heat nicely (we tested the AC, but as it?s winter we won?t have a solid test for a few months). 
One thing to note is that they are definitely quicker to respond to phone/voicemails rather then email. Not a horrible problem, but if you want a quicker response that?s the way to get it.
I would definitely recommend UMC for AC work, and we?ll be using them to service the equipment in the future.

"After many roofing estimates that were incredibly high and came with either no financing or high interest financing, I stumbled upon Zen Builders. Simon was attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of his game. My roof was completed in three days, it's beautiful, and there were NO LEAKS when the rains came a few days later. The workers were professional, considerate, and the clean up was amazing. No trace of having construction in my yard. Because I was so happy with the work, I mentioned to Simon that I would love to have him come back and do a few more projects. I ended up with an even better financing option (both loans are well-within my budget) and a GORGEOUS new patio cover complete with a surprise ceiling fan in the middle! The patio is now white, and they painted the trim of my house to match. They also fixed my heating/AC ducts, insulated my attic, and for free, added plywood, so I can actually store items up there. I have never had an issue getting ahold of Simon or his sister, Kineret (Kerry). When there was an adjustment needed to the air ducts, the workers came out quickly (amid the COVID-19 quarantine) and simply fixed it! I couldn't ask for more! All work took less than a month to complete and I never felt pressured, ignored, or bamboozled. I have recommended Zen Builders to many of my friends. I hope they recover from the imposed quarantine to continue to provide excellent service."
