"The crew showed up on time. They were very professional and got right to work. This was an elderly person's home. There was a lot to clean up. Lots of "accidents' and neglect. I'm not even sure they took a lunch break. They did a terrific job and spent around 5 hours getting the house cleaned up. I felt the fee was reasonable."

They were able to offer multiple appointment times, despite the busy holiday season, and ultimately came out just one day after I called. They offered a new customer discount and did a thorough job of explaining exactly what they could and couldn't do.  And they provided me with education about how to properly take care of the pieces to preserve them over time from mildew and other threats. The workers worked quickly and were very professional and polite. I'll definitely use them again for the same or other jobs.

Two cleaners came out and spent 3.5 hours cleaning my parents neglected house. The whole time I was in communication with YB as well as interacting with the cleaning crew. "Moe did a great job on our carpets and upholstery. Our drapes were cleaned in place rather than taking them down. That was a good decision because the drapes are old and could not have with stood dry cleaning, and he was able remove water damage stains. I highly recommend All Shine Carpet Care."

"Roman was a very business-like and respectable worker. However, I was expecting more work for the price I paid to clean the windows - like wiping them down after rinsing. Regrettably, I failed to check the 2 kitchen windows which were not done well at all. Most were, however. These 2 needs to be re-cleaned."

"For heavy cleaning, they did not clean areas that were high up like the top of picture frames. Also, they used a cleaner on my LCD screen tv which left streaks marks. However, overall they did a pretty thorough job."
