"I called Scott because of all the wonderful reviews that he received on Angie's list.  I must say, he did not disappoint.  He called 10 minutes before his arrival time to inform me that he was running 15 minutes behind schedule and asked me if that was still ok.  I always appreciate a phone call when people can't be on time so that was his first brownie point.  He was extremely pleasant and I could tell that he aimed to please.  He did not push me to get certain carpets cleaned that he felt didn't need it and was very helpful in giving me tips on how to wash my white slipcovers. He did a great job and promised that if for any reason I wasn't happy with the cleaning that he would come back free of charge.  He also gave us some spot cleaner and some shoe covers if we needed to walk over the still wet carpets.  I would highly recommend Scott and PacPro Clean and will definitely plan to use him again in the future.

"The crew showed up on time. They were very professional and got right to work. This was an elderly person's home. There was a lot to clean up. Lots of "accidents' and neglect. I'm not even sure they took a lunch break. They did a terrific job and spent around 5 hours getting the house cleaned up. I felt the fee was reasonable."

Two cleaners came out and spent 3.5 hours cleaning my parents neglected house. The whole time I was in communication with YB as well as interacting with the cleaning crew. When it was the day to come do a deep cleaning of my entire home the 3 ladies showed up on time and ready to work. They spent 4-5 hours in my home doing a top to bottom cleaning. They were very efficient and hard working. When they were finished there was a small miscommunication in which they didnâ t clean 2 areas I paid extra for, but Manuel immediately was on the phone with me scheduling a day for them to come back and make sure it was taken care of. 2 days later the ladies came back and finished the job to perfection.
