Small jobs welcome

"THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN THE MOST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I HAVE HAD FOR MY POOL. OWNER MATEO WAS RESPECTFUL AND THOUGHTFUL IN EXPLAINING THE TYPE OF SERVICE MY POOL NEEDED. WITH HIS GIRST VISIT FOR A ESTIMATE, HE TESTED THE WATER AND DID A CLEANING. HE ALSO TOOK A PART THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HE CALLED ME AND KEPT ME UPDATED FOR A RETURN TO DO THE REPAIR. HE ALSO RESET THE TIMER AND CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING CORRECTLY. BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD ! THANK YOU RIONPOOL SERVICE"

"We recently had our pool replastered, retiled, and added some detail pieces by SBL Pool, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was fast, efficient, and incredibly professional. They not only stuck to the schedule but also went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. What really stood out was how much they cared about our satisfaction. Any questions or tweaks we had were handled quickly and with a great attitude. It's rare to find a company that delivers both top-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service, but SBL Pool did exactly that. Our pool looks better than ever, and we’re so glad we chose SBL Pool for the job. Highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable and talented pool professionals!"

"Was having an issue with an algae bloom that I could not seem to get rid of with the chemicals from home depot. Had a neighbor recommend me Wells Springs Warden Spa and they were able to get someone out to my property the very next day. Emilio was great, very knowledgeable and professional. Going on two weeks from initial service and my pool looks great!"

"I highly recommend my pool guy! He is extremely responsible, honest, and dependable. He always shows up on time, does an excellent job keeping my pool clean, and pays attention to every detail. It's hard to find someone who is trustworthy and takes pride in their work, but he definitely does. If you're looking for a reliable and professional pool service, you won't be disappointed!"

Pool and Spa Servicing questions, answered by experts

Many people find saltwater tubs worth the upfront expense. They cost less to maintain than traditional hot tubs, so you can save in the long term. Maintenance is also easier, typically involving balancing the pH and cleaning the tub rather than adding chemicals. They’re also gentler on sensitive skin, and you won’t walk away with a strong chlorine odor.

The best thing with which to clean a hot tub is whatever the manufacturer recommends; in most cases, this is a gentle surface cleaner and a soft cloth. Recommended hot tub cleaners can include specially formulated cleaning agents, mild dish soap, baking soda, vinegar, or diluted bleach. For your hot tub exterior, choose wood or vinyl cleaner (depending on the casing material).

You should never use household cleaning products, harsh chemicals such as undiluted bleach or acids, or abrasive cleansers or cloths, as these can scratch or etch your hot tub’s coating or shell and cause permanent damage.

When your hot tub is not in use, you can keep it at a constant soaking temperature of around 100 degrees Fahrenheit. For extended periods of non-use, you can lower the temperature by about five degrees. This slight decrease makes it easier and quicker to heat back up to a desirable level when you're ready to use it again. Additionally, you might consider lowering the temperature by a couple of degrees during the summer to avoid feeling overheated.

Hot tub heaters typically last seven to 10 years, though some might only last five years if not properly maintained. You can maximize your hot tub heater’s lifespan by ensuring the water’s pH level is properly balanced.

If your hot tub is well-maintained, covered tightly, and the water is balanced and sanitized correctly, it can remain unused for up to two weeks without significant issues. Beyond this period, the water quality may start to deteriorate, potentially leading to the growth of algae and bacteria. However, it's crucial to note that this timeline can change due to factors like water temperature, sanitation levels, and the quality of your hot tub cover. Regular maintenance and water testing are essential to ensure the water remains safe and clean during periods of inactivity.
