Sam was professional, quick and friendly. He explained everything, quoted prices up front and was easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Donald was knowledgeable and tenacious at exploring why my spa would leak after filling it to a proper level. He diagnosed the issue and initiated a fix, all the while explaining what the problem was. It has no longer leaked and the reasonable price I paid for his services was worth it.

Ended up needing a wire reconnected so he waived minimum service fee.

I have used Donald Baker Spa Repair & Service twice now (different issues) and remain very impressed with the service. Sam is very responsive and knowledgeable. He calls the day before to confirm the appointment and arrives during the scheduled time. It was raining lightly during the most recent visit but he continued with the appointment cheerfully. He quickly diagnoses the problem and completes expert repairs. He always explains and shows you the issue at hand. He has a deep knowledge of the different spa models reaching back many years and he is always professional and courteous. I will be calling him for all future repairs/services needed and highly recommend his services.

I m in Camarillo, he s in Burbank. Very fair price for the work and the distance he traveled! We had not used our spa for a few years and didn t know what we would find out. Sam came out. Nice guy. Looked through the system thoroughly and determined the heater s sensor needed replacing and had one in his vehicle. Got us squared away with chemicals, referred us to online suppliers for jets, pads and chemicals. It s nice to find a person/ business like this where he s very pleasant to meet and talk and learn from and I trust him to work on our spa! Also said to call with any questions. We had a chemical question, texted him that night and he replied that night.

Outstanding company. Honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with is how I would label Sam (owner and operator). Gave me an original quote which I signed off on for both parts and labor but then he called me back to lower the quote since he was able to find the parts at a lower cost. Was always on time and the work was completed perfectly. Thanks Sam.
