"Victor Ferreyra responded quickly to my request on Angi's List. He visited the condo and examined the parquet floors that I wished to have refinished. He advised me that the floors in the living room/hall area would greatly benefit from sanding, staining and recoating with polyurethane. And the floors now look beautiful. Victor also took extra time to examine the floors in the bedrooms. They too are parquet, but one of the bedrooms had too much damage to warrant trying to restore the floor.
