"First, we should mention that we were hired by Mr. Ron B. [Consumer name withheld at their request]on 9.26.2018 to fix previous contractors work with the understanding we can start 10.15.2018, however, Mr. B. didn't answer his phone, didn't respond to messages and emails. We got no explanation on what's going on, we didn't start work that was priced according to current pricing at the time. On February 7, over 4 months after contract signing, Mr. B. finally contacted us via email to start his project, even though prices have gone up, we honored the agreement and prepared to start work on 2.18.2019. Our labor workers are professional and in some cases licensed separately at their trade, when we work on buildings (commercial work) we make sure specific trades take care of their specific item. Unlike Mr. B.s claims, we picked up payments on time, in fact, Mr. B. withheld payments, we have proof of stage payments and proof of inspections passed. The ONLY TRUTH Mr. B. wrote is that he did bring other guys to work on our items when we informed him we can't move a fan because it will require to cut framing that is not allowed, he then hired a daily labor guy to do it behind our back. (See support header framed next to the fan in the picture posted by Mr. B.) Inspector asked us to take pictures of stages performed; we have all info needed to show no sloppy work was done, and everything is up to code, we don't know what work Mr. B.'s laborer had done after pictures were taken. We can't allow that, we pulled the permit for the work and we are responsible and liable for it. If his Mickey Mouse laborer cuts framing to cause damage or work on electrical items that can cause damage or life hazard, it is our right to stop it. As for his communication claims, it's a lie, he is the one who doesn't answer his phone. Our phone system log shows more than 30 calls he ignored for a period of over 4 months and through this project, he kept ignoring us, he claims we ignored his many calls in the past 3 days, Please view attachment of our call record to him 2 days ago, a scheduled call his promised to answer when we talked previously. We officially will terminate the permit Monday 3.11.2019, as it was recommended by city officials and treat this legal matter. Official latter will be sent to the property's HOA as well. Good luck with your third contractor, we just feel sorry for your tenant who has to go through this."
