Combat Cleaning ServicesThe honesty of this owner was so impressive. I told him our situation, that we moved out and the land lord was unhappy with the cleanliness of the house. Sam explained that he would let me know when he got to the house after I sent him pictures of when I received the house if the land lord was being reasonable. I received a phone call and he told me not to do anything that it was unreasonable the amount of cleaning the landlord wanted especially when we got the house not in that condition. Sam was so honest he wouldn’t even accept payment for the time he took to go to the house. I am so impressed with this company. I really like a straight up person that tells it like it is. Simon Cleaning Service OneWhen I hired them originally, they were very punctual and great house cleaners. Today was the second time scheduled at 9AM. At 10:00 am I called to see if they were coming. Simon said they would be coming at 12Noon. I called at 1:40 and he informed me they would not be coming and tried to contact me. He did not call. I have a serious tooth ache and had to cancel my dentist appt. Very, very unprofessional.- Colleen K.

The First two appointments were a No Show and I had to reschedule, The third did actually show up. I paid for the 6 hour service, but when I returned, there was still a lot to be done. The House was not that dirty to begin with. Still, The cleaning was Fair, but their is still dirt and dust that will need to be cleaned by me. He missed the valance on the blinds, the floor boards and the Sweeping and Mopping didn't clean the tile floor.

Monique (Mona) came to clean our home on 8/27 and she did the most amazing job. She was kind, prompt, and totally thorough! She was only going to be here for 2 hours, so I thought she wouldn't be able to do everything ... nope, she did everything I asked for and more besides! (I have no idea how, because when I clean the kitchen it takes 2 hours all on its own?!). She even pulled the couch out to vacuum behind it and ... ya, there were a ton of "treasures" behind there, yikes. We couldn't be happier with Mona and Green Frog!
