She and the people who clean my house are prompt, and are good communicators because they always let me know when they will arrive. From day one there has been no drop off in quality. "The cleaning my house received was fantastic, lots of attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. I am, however, hesitant to give five stars for the following reason. I had booked 4 hours of cleaning plus windows. What I received were three workers for more than 6 hours. While they left my house spotless, the cost was almost triple what I had budgeted for. I would use this service again because they did such a great job, I just will be sure to communicate more clearly exactly what I expect."
