"They're friendly, professional and know what they're doing. My appt with them was at 9am. Unfortunately, they had a car problem and informed of delay and asked if we could move it for noon, same day. I appreciate that they called ahead of time. They got to my house earlier than expected. It took them more or less 2 hours to finish the job. Roman showed me some screens that needed replacement, gave me a quote that's reasonable. I'm happy with their work and I'll be hiring them next time I need my windows cleaned."
