"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

"The moving service went smoothly although one dining room chair was damaged during the move. MSJ movers were notified of the issue and the item was promptly repaired per contract agreement. All aspects of the move were handled in a prompt and timely manner. Initially, I was concerned about the handling of the damaged property, but since that issue was handled to our satisfaction, I am revising my review and would like to withdraw the original review on 10/30/20."
