It went very well. I'm not able to do much right now and they came in and really got things caught up.

Great. They will help schedule cleaning and advise cleaning areas for maintaining the cleanliness you want.

I was told that they would notify their manager, but I never got a call, an email or any other response.

Mediocre job at best, but payed top dollar.  Floors not cleaned well, still somewhat dirty, and lots of hair and stuff under furniture even though it was all easily moveable for cleaning.  Very disappointed, but I did not call, so I can't say that they wouldn't have sent someone back to do a better job of it. For the money spent, I shouldn't have to, though.

They were very, very good. Everything was perfect. I looked into having regular services with them, having them come out every 2 weeks or every month. I started crunching the numbers and it was just too expensive to continue services with them.

Nowhere in the agreement or in my conversation with the consultant or with any staff person over the phone was there a limit of hours stated per cleaning. Whenever I asked any staff person how long I could expect their cleaners to spend in my home, they answered, "however long it takes to finish the cleaning." So, on the first regular cleaning, I asked the cleaners to start on my hard-surface porcelain floor, thinking this request qualified as the "2 rooms of deep cleaning." I provided cleaning supplies.
Evidently, this was not what they had in mind, since they told me they were allowed to be in my home for only 2 hours, period.The cleaners called their office, and a company representative immediately came to my home to discuss my cleaning request. Following that, the company consultant called and asked me, "If our cleaners get everything done in 2 hours, would you be pleased?" I answered no, because they obviously were given only 2 hours to complete everything, and that would never be enough to clean my 4000-square-foot house, so by definition, I would not be pleased.
The company consultant also complained that, during the initial deep clean service, I had not mentioned a deep clean of the hard-surface floor, i.e., scrubbing. Regardless, the "tile floor" was listed on the agreement I signed, under "customized cleaning instructions." Perhaps I might have had to request additional work prior to their coming to my home and perhaps there might have been an additional cost. If that's the case, I was not informed. Furthermore, there was no expectation on my part that the price I was paying consisted of only 2 hours of work.
Another housecleaning service I had used previously sent 2 persons for 3 hours every 3 weeks for less money, and they could barely finish cleaning my home. Sending 2 persons from Merry Maids for only 2 hours every 2 weeks at a higher cost to me did not seem to be reasonable, and I would not have agreed to that arrangement, had it been thoroughly explained to me.
I feel the company was not truthful in its representation of the work and I feel I was a victim of a "bait and switch."

They did do a good job when I had them. However, they were pricey. I was satisfied with them. The quality was very good. They were on time. I think they're professional.

It varies with individual team members, which have changed many times. Carelessness seems to have increased, probably due to time pressure. Responsiveness of management seems to vary.

Really great service and the staff is wonderful! For my elderly Father, I have him on an every three weeks cleaning schedule. We have had a couple of different crews and all were very good. We chose to stick with Jordan because her attention to detail is fantastic! She always arrives on time and gets right to work. When she is finished the house sparkles and smells fresh. She is also really good at putting things back the way they were. Jordan does an especially great job on the bathrooms. I would also like to add that when calling Merry Maids for any reason like change days, Sara is very accommodating and has excellent people skills. I cant say enough good about this company! You will not be disappointed!

Everything about the service was very professional. I received a written quote in advance, based on the estimated time it would take, and they were able to schedule service for the date I wanted. The team of two people arrived right on time, checked with me for any special instructions, and then got right to work. They did an excellent job. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

On very short notice Merry Maids was able to come out and spent 5 hours just cleaning the two bathrooms and the kitchen.They were to arrive between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm, with it being much closer to 3.  I was a bit anxious as I knew how bad the condition of the home was.
Considering all the grime the two people had to clean up, it was amazing to see the results!  They worked so hard and were very professional.
The only complaint I have was the Merry Maid representative I talked to on the phone stated that they had a grout steamer, but when the cleaning people arrived they did not have an adequate steamer to do the job.  Although they wouldn't have had time to do the steaming of the grout anyway.  The main reason I chose this company over another was because they had a steamer. I probably needed to be very specific on how bad the place was. I guess I was expecting something more industrial, not the type of steamer you could pick up at a department store.
 I can't complain about the cleaning though.  They had a horrible mess and did a great job.

We are very pleased with them. They show up on time and do a good job. I didn’t really look at any other prices.

I've been completely happy with the service.  They come each week while I"m at work and I've scheduled them to come the day after I host friends for a regular get-together.  I get home from work in the evening to find the place spotless and tidy.  No complaints whatsoever. 

They do a very good job on all the services I described above. Plus, they always show up promptly at 9 AM. They start upstairs and do the BRs and baths first, then work down through the upstairs hall and library. Then one maid does the kitchen and powder room while the other does the dusting and floors downstairs. If we are not home, they have a key to let themselves in and they always lock up afterwards.

.Everything was pretty good but they were quite expensive. I probably will not use them again because of the cost.

They do a good job, bring out 2 women and they are done within a hour, wish they would do a little more but over all good.
