"I used Angieslist to to find a plumber and I came across Roroman Plumbing. Jose responded to my e-mails right off the bat which I was not expecting since I emailed him late into the evening. by 9 PM I had my appointment scheduled and was sitting pretty happy. When the day came for my appointment Jose was running behind schedule a bit but that was not a problem for me. Once Jose arrived he got right to it. He dove in asking questions to get the full story of what was going on.courteous and conscience of keeping his work area clean and not wanting bring in heavy equipment and tools so he asked about using the back door to get to the kitchen. Once in and he started the job he was done in about 15 minutes. Apparently we have some pretty heavily clogged drains he had to snake. Once done he recommended a service package to clear all our plumping as well as suggesting having our washer drain line re-plumped to prevent drain water from getting trapped in the dishwasher. I did schedule him to come back out for the dishwasher but the service package was a bit high and will have to be considered for another time. I would recommend Jose and Roroman Plumping anytime to anyone."

Not having done this sort of thing before, we were a bit unsure as to whether we knew all the right questions to ask, but when Frank, our estimator, came out, he listened well and presented clear options which made us feel confident all would go well. We were happy with our choices, and all of the major work was done in a very timely and professional manner. The one hitch we had was with the window frames which were installed around our sliding glass doors. We assumed that the completed job would include the painting of these door/window frames (we even had the paint), but when the three workers finished up, the lead told us that painting was not included in the installation. We didn't think this was fair since we had not been previously told about this exclusion. Finally, after a lot of back and forth over a period of three weeks, the SGK owner agreed to send out a painter who would paint the window frames at no extra cost to us. Alas, the painter did a terrific job (we tipped him to show our appreciation), so all is now well.

Having them working on that, we have decided to go ahead and replace floors, added also an interior paint and install new lights in our kitchen, living room, bedrooms and hallway. The place looks pretty much brand new now, all we have left to do is to renovate the bathrooms. We are very pleased with everything they have done for us."
