I reached out to Universal on a Saturday and I was able to get floors done the following Tuesday. This company is very professional. Mike told me it would take two days to finish my floors and it took exactly two days. They are experienced, and the quality of work was beautiful. I highly recommend."

"Jesus is Awesome. Today he completed my project. He installed with his friend about 1500 Sqf flooring in two stories houses including 14 stairs. Very very reasonable price with quality of work he did. He did some extra work as some challenges in my new kitchen area as they didn't do correctly so Jesus needs some extra work on that area to look nice. I recently did my whole house remodel and met a couple of contractors but Jesus is one of the BEST. Diffenately RECOMMENDED."
