The flooring turned out very nice and the honey to list made my wife a happy camper when she saw the stairs done. I would recommend Javier for your next project. We had hardwood floors installed by the Monteros. They are very professional, on time, clean and efficient. They hauled away our old carpet and vacuumed the space after they finished. They did an excellent job, exactly what we needed and we are very happy with their work. We are recommending them, do not hesitate to hire this company, they are upfront and fair price. We pulled up the carpet in our living/dining room, of a house built in the fifties, that had hardwood floors underneath. We had the hardwood floors refinished on November 19th, 2019, which also included replacing about 4x3 section. I waited a month to do this rating to be sure the work was good. Javier came and gave us a fair and true quote, explaining what would happen, and what would work best since there were some stains in the wood. No guarantees were made that the stains would come out. The other quote we received was from a top company, but no explanation of the work done, or the best options. To be fair, Javierâ s price was also lower. Javier and his family (team) came on the day and did everything they said. The final product is great, and looks beautiful. Monteros Hardwood Flooring is a company I fully recommend. When we first got the house, he refinished all the wood floors and changed the carpet in my daughters room when she was a baby. Years later and recently he changed the carpet out and put in hardwood floors. Highly recommend him!

They were very nice and prompt and cleaned up after themselves and that was great. We felt like the floor was uneven though in the hallway only. They did repairs to the floor and that was excellent.

Great customer service! Some of floors issues were not resolved but this was explained to me before the completion of the job. The price was great and they used a good material to coat the floor. I expect the finish will last and hope to have them come back out to refinish some time in the future.
