This is one of those instances; I cannot say enough, good things about the professionalism of the employees at the office and those that showed up on site to install wall insulation. They showed up at the beginning of the two hour window, which was fantastic and explained everything with upfront pricing. We even asked for additional insulation and they were able to accommodate. Our home walls are now insulated and we even noticed a difference right away. From the time of arrival to completion they were nothing but exemplary. "I’m extremely satisfied with their service! We hired them to do the clearing and installing for the new insulation in my attic a few months ago. It was very easy to set up an appointment over the phone. Adam, the owner, was very helpful every step of the way. "Adam and his team of workers gave me a great deal on replacing the insulation in the attic. We had a leak in one of the fire alarm sprinklers that caused the insulation to be bad and smelly. 
We spoke to Adam about the problem and he sent his employee (Luis) to come over and check the problem in order to provide us  with a quote.
The quote that Adam was able to give us was very good and we approved the work. He than sent 2 workers to do the job and it was done in 2 days after they had to clean everything in the attic and to try it before they placed the new insulation.

"Due to a water leak, we had fairly extensive damage in an area of our Master Bath wall. The job was difficult due to the area itself which was irregular in shape and in contact with the tub (caulking and paint damage), cabinet edge, window shelf, supporting woodwork and casement, and the tile backsplash along the adjacent countertop. Ciro examined the wall during our initial discussion and provided a formal estimate by email within two days. Upon approval, we scheduled a time for the work to be done and it was completed that morning. The texturing perfectly matches the surrounding area and it is extremely difficult to see where any repair has been made. We painted the repaired area, and couldn't be happier with the result."

"I can't edit previous review so posting new one: I am revising my previous review. After posting my first review, Danny in Customer Service at Home Comfort USA contacted me. Danny very patiently listened to my situation and frustration and told me he would look into it, but wouldn’t “leave me hanging” and would call back. He did call back and fast-tracked a HVAC technician, Jad, to come out, who was great and called in a higher-level technician two days later. Then the higher-level technician came out a couple of days after that and found we did need a leaking core replaced and said Danny would call me. Danny did call me and went above and beyond to get the part replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty. Two days after that, Home Comfort USA came out, replaced the core, tested our HVAC, and mitigated the labor. We are now VERY happy customers with Home Comfort USA and very grateful for Danny’s great customer service and intervention. I am writing this review on a day in the mid-90s with our HVAC system keeping us VERY comfortable. Thank you."

"Zohar at Best builders group and his crew did a wonderful by remodeling our 3 bathrooms. We couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with the overall experience we had with them and with the office staff that were involved at our project. Zohar is indeed a great person with a special character that made this involvement great and stress free. "I was in need of a replacement system, but was really afraid of having people in my home during Covid. From the first phone call I was put at ease as I was informed that DNA will show up with masks, gloves and booties. I scheduled an appointment, and was told I would receive a phone call and/or text message 30 mins prior to arrival. Well, Andrew did not disappoint, he made sure to keep his distance and even offered to sit in the patio to go over some options. Once we sat down he educated us on some air filtration products. We were able to chose the system that fit our budget, and I fell in love with the Lennox pure air filtration. We decided to move forward and later that week we had the system installed. When I say they went above and beyond protecting our home from dust and debris thats an understatement. The had plastic on walls, drop cloths on floors, wore their mask, and gloves throughout the whole job. Once they left I didn’t have to clean anything up. Its has been a few months since the install and I can totally tell the difference of our air quality. I have recommended them to everyone."
