They were all very informative and helpful and always accommodating. I heard shredding noise one night above my stove and knew it was not right. Next morning I called maybe 5 pest control companies and Cleargate was the only one that would come that day. They discovered that a rat(s) had gotten into my attic and had eaten through my Range Hood vent ducting and it was a mess. But they calmed me down and set about capturing the rat and sealing up all possible places it could have gotten in. Over the next month they caught 3 rats total and came back every week, sometimes twice, to check traps until several weeks went by without any activity and they were confident my problem was solved. They then sanitized my attic and gave me a 1 year warranty, all for a very reasonable price. I will now only use Cleargate for any type of pest control and as I said above, I highly recommend them."
