"We live at Lake Lanier with a fairly steep property from the street to the lake. When we have a heavy rain, it washes all of our mulch onto the driveway causing a cleaning headache. Spaulding had to build the new driveway with a tilt that directs the water between my property and my neighbor's. Riprap was installed on both sides of the driveway to keep mulch off of the driveway. The workmen from Spaulding arrived on time, were very professional, knew exactly what had to be accomplished in order to solve our water problem.
